Finally, the fun stuff. Your chance to see and help ideas grow with an infusion of new people and their own ideas.

When you vote for an idea, you'll been given the choice of remaining a private voter (anonymous) or a public voter (we call them IDEAPartners). Partners can then choose to promote either themselevs (e.g. as a potential employee) or their own ideas on the Page of the idea with which they've Partnered. You'll also have the option of contacting the Author or allowing the Author to email you, and you'll be able to receive updates on the idea's STOX VALUE, comments, media, news, etc... Eventually, you may be invited by an Author to join their development team, where you can have a real impact on the development of an idea, from the very beginning.

Then again, you may be an IDEAUthor, with published ideas, wanting to learn about your unique group of Partners (for example where they live - coming soon) or what the average votes were for your idea. Keep in mind all the information about your Partners is aggregated - that means there's no individual information...so no, you can't find out how your friends voted. But you will have tools to contact your Partners, individually or as a group, and start to build your development team.

There’s no secret here… The more you share your idea with others, the more you talk about it, the more you think about your idea…the more it develops. Your idea will evolve and so will you as its visionary.

Finally, no degrees needed and therefore everyone should participate. IDEASTOX development also has a unique HELP WANTED feature which connects you with people who have the skills you need or ideas that need the skills you have.

Brainstorm together, challenge one another, support ideas you like, make suggestions for ones that can improve. Working together, you can compete against anyone.
