I am blessed beyond measure. I have everything I ever wanted, and more in life. I have an incredible wife that I adore (I have no idea why she married a tool like me). I have the two girls I always dreamed of having (never wanted a boy). And I have incredible parents and a great brother who helped make me who I am today. In addition, I have a job that I love, and my own office (finally! No more stupid cubicles!)

Are you like me, and enjoy receiving cards, but would rather them be
online? Why you ask? Because not only does it save resources, it also
saves waste. Not to mention the space the paper cards take up (think
Christmas cards x 150 or so)
Now, some of us like to display our cards. However, you can't really display your online cards on your dining room table.
So,
my proposal is this: Instead of an online card company (ie.
shutterfly.com,kodakgallery.com, etc) only letting you create your
card, and then having it delivered to your home to be sent out via
snail mail, add an option to send the cards via email. And then, the
online card company would create an email with a link to the card. And
the web URL could provide a button to download the card to your
digitial photo display device (of course, more tech savvy people
wouldn't need a button)
The
online card company could make a deal with the digital photo frame
companies, and give discounts, etc...as well as market the photo frame
when sending the email.
And you could even incorporate this into
your online card companies that send flash cards. Of course, an API
would need to be written to covert the flash application (as most of
those are written) into images.
