Drive Thru Regulation (Environment)

We should give an incentive to people that come into the restaurant to get their order, instead of idling in line and wasting petrol. Maybe a free drink?

Alternatively, you could regulate who goes into the line like a car pool lane. For example, a car full of children makes more sense than one person. Maybe even make it against the law with less than x numbers of passengers.
