It's a bottle that users can fill with their sparkling liquid. the liquid won't become still because as soon as the liquid is consumed, the bottle reduces its volume, and air inside the bottle is just a bit. Gas doesn't separates from liquid because the liquid is uncompressible differently from air and CO2 wouldn't have any volume to occupy, and would remain inside the liquid.
