All parents want their children to succeed. All teachers want more parental involvement. Often, parents are unaware of the simple strategies that they can apply in the home that will empower their children as students in the school setting. For my masters project in graduate school, I designed a one day seminar for parents and their young children to learn and implement these simple strategies.
