Anyone know how to write a grant or few for land, 2 fourplexes, 4 2-car garages, organic ornamental vegetable no-dig gardens, a field for flowers or vegetables, fruit and nut trees, all solar and wind powered, feeding energy back into the grid, with recycling and trash compactors for each apartment, sustainable wood deck between the buildings with a lap pool in the middle, solar cookers arrayed around the back of the deck, trickle walls and fountains. Paid for entirely by grants, investments, gifts, and/or fund raisers so nobody goes into debt about it. Tenants to come from the green community, metaphysical and spiritual organizations, the progressive ministry, the arts/writing community, and the yoga community. Rents to cover upkeep, taxes and the author's expenses, plus a stipend for an assistant who gardens, collects rent, and does light housekeeping and maintenance around the place. Our objective: to be happy, healthy, creative, and to green the community.
I am a creative writer/consultant who can handle the responsibility of managing a couple of fourplexes for the right group of people. We would like to draw from the metaphysical, ministerial, artistic, spiritual and healing communities for participants.
