I am a working woman and I'm always searching for quick, easy, but HEALTHY snacks to take to work. There are slim pickings. So I was thinking of creating Healthy Snax - - snacks for adults, but as easy to pack and carry around as snacks for kids. For example, a small pack of hummus and carrot sticks, or some whole wheat pretzels with a side of mustard, or some apple slices with a serving of natural peanut butter (not the sugary, cornstarch peanut butter).
