Software which allows you to map fields for the forms filled out when you start employment somewhere. For example, right now, you have to fill out alot of forms when you start somewhere. However, most of the forms fields are the same..First name, Last name, address, city, state, etc.
Develop a program which would scan and take in all of the HR forms your company requires employees to fill out and map the like fields. Then, give the employees the software to complete at their desk. They fill out one field one time and it carries over to all the forms appropriately. Then, you can send the file to HR and they can print out the results and allow the employee to fill in the remaining, different fields for paperwork documentation. This would not completely replace all paper, but just the tedious filling out of the same information over and over again.
