An inventor..an advocate for victims of crime..and have served as a Baptist missionary in the country of Brasil..I live to give and help others..
I am blessed beyond measure. I have everything I ever wanted, and more in life. I have an incredible wife that I adore (I have no idea why she married a tool like me). I have the two girls I always dreamed of having (never wanted a boy). And I have incredible parents and a great brother who helped make me who I am today.In addition, I have a job that I love, and my own office (finally! No more stupid cubicles!)

Everybody waits on hold about an average of once a day. I thought it would be nice to be able to listen to music of your choice instead of the typically bland "hold" music. It could be run through a program such as Rhapsody that sells streaming music. Once on hold you would be prompted if you would like the option to choose your hold music. Choosing your hold music could be as simple as selecting from a list of Top 40 hits or typing in the artist who you are looking for on the keypad. Companies which have large scale cost center operations can sell this time and the position of songs in a media company model.
