Hiding veggies in baked goods is a poor strategy to get kids to be lifelong vegetable eaters. It is a band-aid solution. A better idea? Walk the walk - eat them yourself and involve your kids in preparing them. That simple. If I had their emails, I would credit Jessica Seinfeld and the woman whose book she copied/strategy she copied.
