A slant board with foam roller and head rest used to resusitate drowning victims. victim is placed face down on board, head supported by a cushioned open face mask, with leaf folding out from the bottom raising the buttocks slightly higher than the head, allowing water to drain from lungs. Also installed in the board is a foam roller that is mounted in the middle of the slant board with lever that attaches to the outside edge of the roller assembly. When the lever is rotated forward the roller assembly rolls upward and forward under the victims abdominal area creating diaphramatic pressure pushing more water out of the victims lungs, consistant to the heimlich maneuver principle. Pulling the lever forward and back, in smooth firm repitition simulates CPR procedure. This would be much like lieing on a big foam paint roller and it rolling up and down your stomach. Rolling water out, and rolling air into the lungs without the risk of over squashing the ribs of the victim, and the body in the ideal position for draining the lungs of water.
