Have you ever purchased airline tickets but have been told  that you cannot reserve seats with your traveling companions?  Especially when traveling with kids it's been frustrating to have to wait until the plan is about to take off, further delaying the delay, and ask a nearby traveler if they will swicth with me so my 4 year-old and I can color together for the next 5 hours. 

 This is a perfect example of: there has to be a better way.  And there is.  It's an after-market seat exchange, not controlled by the airlines.
