I find that when I am in a rush, I like to brush my teeth and wash my face in the shower. This way when I am out and dry, I lotion up, dress and can be out the door pretty quickly.
The Shower Brush is a toothbursh holder for your shower (toothpaste as well).
On top of the efficiency of time, you also don't have to use more water, once you emerge (or before you go in).
Brush your teeth in the shower, invest in a second toothbrush and tube of toothpaste, and vote for the shower toothbrush holder.
