I am blessed beyond measure. I have everything I ever wanted, and more in life. I have an incredible wife that I adore (I have no idea why she married a tool like me). I have the two girls I always dreamed of having (never wanted a boy). And I have incredible parents and a great brother who helped make me who I am today. In addition, I have a job that I love, and my own office (finally! No more stupid cubicles!)

You know how when you use an automated phone system to accomplish a task (like refilling a prescription, for example), the automated voice talks SOOOO slowly? It's especially true when repeating back information, for example:
You entered prescription number. Five.......Zero.......One........ (etc.)
I'm sure some people prefer it slower so they don't miss anything, or it may be helpful when it's the first time you are using the system, or if you have a disability that slows you down in someway, but when you are comfortable with these things (and especially if it is something you have to do on a repetitive basis)...wouldn't you rather they just talk faster??? "You entered five-zero-one."
I just propose an option you can select during the phone call that is essentially a "Talk Faster" option that just kicks our friendly automated voice up a notch or two.
It's kind of like the "Speed Up" button on Ms. Pacman arcade games of the good-old days, but for phone systems.
Once informed about this option (at the beginning of the call), if you select it, it will be tied to your account, so that your calls will automatically use the faster setting in the future.
