Most everyone loves to eat out. The kids. Mom and Dad. Everyone. Of course, the kids want to go to McDonalds, and mom and dad want to go to Bennigans. Mom and dad hate McDonalds, but grudgingly go because they know it makes the kids happy. The kids hate Bennigans, and make it unpleasant for mom and dad because they are bored!
Now, imgaine a restaurant where you can get good food, good drink, AND make the kids happy!
The Fish Bowl would be just that. A place where adults can come and get a good meal and a nice glass of wine, and watch their children play. It could be marketed towards children, with fun meals and toys(ie. McDonalds), but have great food for the adults (ie. unlike McDonalds). A very family friendly restaurant that everyone loves!
The Fish Bowl would have an indoor playground in the middle of the restaurant, with a glass casing around it with tables on the outside of the glass to look in. The food would be excellent, and the kids would love it because they can still get there happy meal type experience.
