So, here's the deal. I myself am not a big soda drinker, but when I have company or throw a party I like to offer sodas. I also like to offer a wide variety of soda, making sure there is something for everyone (something diet, something caffeine free, something "normal", etc.). Ideally, I like about 4 different options.
Here's the problem: I might only want in total 12 or 24 drinks. To get a good price on my beverages, I want to buy the 12 packs, but now I have to buy 4 of them to get the variety I want, meaning I've got at least 24 sodas too many. And the extras will sit in my fridge or garage for the next several months (until my diet-coke-drinking Mom comes to visit, for example). That's just annoying.
Buy a six-pack, you say? I physically cannot bring myself to spend $3 on a six pack when a 12 pack costs $4. Maybe I'm cheap (OK, I know I am).
So, my idea is make a 12 pack of soda with 3 or 4 different types of drinks in it. If it was Coke for example, they could include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and Root Beer. They do this for snack bags of chips, crackers, cereal, oatmeal...why not soda???
Call it a "Party Pack", call it a "Variety Pack", call it anything, but please make it!
